We discussed ways in which ultimately, we can expose the students in the very beginning of their medical education, whether through guest lectures or be added to their MEDs- course list. We have been given the contact information for some faculty that we will begin reaching out to, to find out how we can actually begin.
Pipeline program will focus on shadowing and mentorship.
